개인정보처리방침

플라이드(FLYDE, 이하 "플라이드")는 AI 모의면접 서비스(sim.flyde.online)를 운영하면서 아래와 같이 개인정보를 처리합니다.

1. 수집 항목

로그인 계정 정보: 카카오 회원번호·닉네임, 구글 이메일·이름
입장 코드(수강생 번호)
이용권 결제 기록: 주문 번호, 결제 상태, 계정 이메일
면접 중 답변 내용(음성 인식으로 바꾼 글), 표정·시선·말하기 측정값, 이용 횟수
녹화하는 회차의 면접 녹화 영상
(선택) 영문 CV 파일 내용

녹화하는 회차가 아니면 카메라 영상과 음성은 저장하거나 서버로 보내지 않습니다. 측정값은 이용자의 브라우저에서 계산합니다. CV 파일은 면접 질문을 만드는 데만 쓰고 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

모의면접 진행, 면접 리포트 작성, 로그인과 이용권 관리, 이용 횟수 관리, 서비스 개선.

3. 보유 기간

수강생 테스트: 테스트 종료일(2026년 11월 4일)로부터 3개월 뒤 파기합니다.
이용권 구매자: 마지막 이용권이 끝난 날로부터 1년 뒤 파기합니다.
결제 기록은 전자상거래법에 따라 5년 동안 보관합니다.

4. 제3자 제공과 국외 이전

Anthropic, PBC(미국): AI 면접관 질문과 리포트 생성. 답변 내용, 측정값, (선택) CV 파일 내용을 면접 중에 암호화된 통신(HTTPS)으로 보냅니다. Anthropic은 API로 받은 데이터를 AI 학습에 쓰지 않습니다.
Google LLC(미국): Chrome 음성 인식. 말하는 동안의 음성이 전송되며 Chrome 개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.

구글·카카오 로그인으로 받은 정보는 로그인과 이용권 관리에만 쓰며, 다른 회사에 제공하거나 광고에 쓰지 않습니다.

5. 저장 위치

플라이드가 계약한 서울 소재 클라우드 서버(Vultr)에 저장하고, 녹화 영상은 하루 한 번 플라이드 코치의 컴퓨터로 옮겨 보관합니다.

6. 이용자의 권리

언제든지 본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 연락처로 요청하면 지체 없이 처리합니다.

FLYDE operates the AI mock interview service at sim.flyde.online.

What we collect

Login account data (Kakao member ID and nickname; Google email and name), order records (order number, payment status, account email), your interview answers (speech-to-text), facial/gaze/speaking metrics computed in your browser, usage counts, recordings of designated sessions, and optionally your CV text (used only to generate questions, not stored).

How we use it

To run mock interviews, generate reports, manage login and passes, and improve the service. Google and Kakao sign-in data is used only for login and pass management. It is never sold or used for advertising.

Processors

Anthropic, PBC (USA) generates interview questions and reports; it does not train on API data. Google LLC (USA) provides Chrome speech recognition. Data is stored on a cloud server in Seoul (Vultr).

Retention

Deleted one year after your last pass ends. Payment records are kept for five years as required by Korean law.

FLYDE ("FLYDE", "we") processes personal data as described below in running the AI mock interview service at sim.flyde.online.

1. What we collect

Sign-in account details: Kakao member ID and nickname, or Google email and name
Access code (student number)
Pass payment records: order number, payment status and account email
Your interview answers (converted to text by speech recognition), facial expression, eye contact and speaking metrics, and usage counts
Video recordings of designated interview sessions
(Optional) The content of your English CV file

Outside designated recording sessions, camera video and audio are never stored or sent to our server. Metrics are calculated in your browser. Your CV file is used only to write interview questions and is not stored.

2. Why we use it

To run mock interviews, write interview reports, manage sign-in and passes, manage usage counts and improve the service.

3. How long we keep it

Student test: deleted 3 months after the test ends (4 November 2026).
Pass buyers: deleted 1 year after your last pass ends.
Payment records are kept for 5 years as required by the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.

4. Third parties and transfers abroad

Anthropic, PBC (USA): generates AI interviewer questions and reports. Your answers, metrics and (optional) CV content are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) during the interview. Anthropic does not use data received through its API to train AI.
Google LLC (USA): Chrome speech recognition. Your voice is sent while you speak and is handled under Chrome's privacy policy.

Information received through Google or Kakao sign-in is used only for sign-in and pass management. It is never shared with other companies or used for advertising.

5. Where it is stored

Data is stored on a cloud server in Seoul (Vultr) under contract with FLYDE. Video recordings are moved once a day to the FLYDE coach's computer for storage.

6. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact us at the address below and we will act on your request without delay.
